Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the US is seeking a Clinical Manager for JJMT EP to lead EP Clinical Account Specialists in Western and Northern Virginia. This field-based role focuses on talent development, onboarding, and aligning clinical and commercial goals to maximize impact.

Implements hiring and development plans to improve CAS performance.
Collaborates with RTS and Territory Managers to align commercial and clinical goals.
Drive CAS talent development and ensure continuity with commercial execution.
