Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech EP team seeks a Clinical Manager to develop EP Clinical Account Specialists, train them, and align clinical with commercial goals. The CM will lead talent development, onboarding, and readiness across the territory, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Experience with EP mapping procedures and clinical training environments.
Familiarity with CARTODAY scheduling and EP training programs.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise new CAS hires during early development.
Partner with Regional Business Director to recruit, onboard, train, and manage performance.
Oversee training effectiveness and clinical coverage in the region.
Implement hiring and development plans to improve CAS performance.
Collaborate with RTS and Territory Managers to align commercial and clinical goals.
Provide strategic oversight to bridge training and commercial execution.
