Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Manager for the JJ MedTech Electrophysiology US Commercial team, based in Western and Northern Virginia. This field-based role develops EP Clinical Account Specialists and aligns clinical objectives with commercial strategies to drive performance.

The CM oversees training, onboarding, and talent development, partnering with regional leaders to optimize talent pipelines and ensure clinical readiness for patient-focused treatments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise new CAS hires during early development to ensure readiness.
• Partner with the Regional Business Director to recruit, onboard, train, and assess CAS talent.
• Oversee training effectiveness and optimize regional clinical coverage.
• Implement hiring and development plans to improve CAS performance and pipeline.
• Collaborate with RTS and Territory Managers to align clinical and commercial goals.
• Provide strategic oversight and continuity in CAS development and deployment.
