Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Electrophysiology US Commercial team seeks a Clinical Manager in Western and Northern Virginia to lead EP Clinical Account Specialists in early development and readiness. The CM will train, coach, and align CAS talent with clinical and commercial goals to maximize impact.

You will partner with regional leaders to recruit, onboard, and develop talent, oversee training effectiveness, and sustain CAS performance. This field-based role requires travel ~60% in-region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates should have experience developing clinical talent within high-performance teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Experience in EP mapping procedures and clinical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent development: supervise new CAS hires and guide their early development.
• Strategic support: collaborate with Regional Business Director on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Operational oversight: monitor training effectiveness and regional clinical coverage.
• Hiring & development: implement plans to improve CAS performance and build talent pipelines.
• Cross-functional alignment with RTS and TMs to integrate clinical and commercial goals.
• Leadership: partner with Commercial Education and FT to sustain CAS development and execution.
