Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in the Electrophysiology (EP) production area. The role supports a 1st shift 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Thursday, with occasional overtime, and requires a focus on process excellence and safety.

You will supervise the production area, mentor staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the production plan meets business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/operational experience.
• Ability to mentor staff and work cross-functionally; knowledge of GMP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the assigned production area.
• Lead cross-functional teams and address training needs.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System and EHS policies.
• Execute production plans to meet business requirements and goals.
• Promote teamwork across shifts and manage staffing processes.
