Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing/operational experience.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead teams in a production setting.
• Experience with documentation systems and manufacturing planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership for daily production activities.
• Develop and implement production process improvements; drive continuous improvement.
• Report team progress to management and manage personnel processes.
• Ensure execution of production plan to meet business needs.
• Promote communication across shifts and maintain quality systems.
