Job summary

The Electrophysiology (EP) Specialist at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is responsible for routine care and maintenance of radiological equipment and for delivering quality patient care in the Cath lab.

You will assist in invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures, monitor patients, administer medications as ordered, and ensure equipment readiness, safety, and infection control while supporting education and chart documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of cardiovascular technology or equivalent allied health program.
• 2 years of cardiac catheterization lab or electrophysiology lab experience.
• RCIS, RCEP, or AART certification/registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with percutaneous or cut down procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Operate radiographic and related equipment for procedures and imaging.
• Start IV lines and administer medications as ordered.
• Maintain records, logs, and infection control practices in the lab.
• Support education of patients before, during, and after procedures.
