Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Bucks County, PA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the EP Lab on the Day Shift (7am-5pm). The role emphasizes providing high-quality patient care with education, assessment, and coordination during interprofessional rounds.

Minimum qualifications include BSN, PA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and invasive cardiology experience in EP or Cath Lab. Per diem tier I; no call, no weekends, no holidays. Free onsite parking and referral rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN required with PA RN license, BLS, ACLS.
• Experience in invasive cardiology (EP or Cath Lab) preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and educate patients based on age and values.
• Document admissions, reassessments, plans, and medications.
• Use the information system to communicate changes in condition.
• Coordinate patient transfers and share pertinent information at rounds.
• Identify special needs and refer for abuse as needed.
• Include pain management and supportive care in care plan.
• Maintain infection control standards and a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
