Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an EP Lab RN to join our team in Texas. The role supports adult cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular patients with a focus on safe, individualized patient care. Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, and EP or high-level ICU/CVICU experience.

The position is full-time days with a 4/10 hour shift (7:00 am – 5:30 pm) and a weekly call requirement. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible external candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license with BLS; ACLS within 30 days of hire is required.
• EP experience or 2+ years in high-level ICU/CVICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform EP lab nursing care using the nursing process to assess and plan patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor patient responses.
• Delegate interventions to healthcare personnel based on competencies and Act guidelines.
• Maintain patient safety and advocate for patient and family rights throughout care.
• Collaborate with cardiology and electrophysiology teams to coordinate care.
