Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an EP Lab Registered Nurse in Florida. This full-time day position supports Adult Cardiology, Electrophysiology and Vascular patients in a 5-lab environment.

The role features a 4/10 hour day shift (7a–5:30p) with one weekly call day and one weekend every six weeks, within a 30-minute call radius. External candidates with EP experience receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance is offered for eligible moves of 50+ miles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year EP experience or 2 years high-level ICU/CVICU.
• RN license required (RN) and BLS/ACLS.
• Must be within 30 minutes call radius.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in EP Lab using nursing process.
• Assess and identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Delegate interventions to healthcare personnel based on competency.
• Promote safe passage for patients and support transitions of care.
