Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring an EP Lab Registered Nurse in Texas. The role supports adult Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Vascular patients in a full-time day shift with 4/10 hour days. A $15,000 sign-on bonus applies for external candidates with at least 2 years of EP experience.

Relocation assistance is offered for eligible moves over 50 miles. The RN uses standard nursing models to assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care across teams.

Qualifications

• RN with an accredited nursing program or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year EP experience or 2 years high-level ICU/CVICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate patient assessments using clinical judgment and develop care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care in the EP/Cath Lab
• Ensure safe patient transitions and documentation per hospital standards
• Demonstrate professionalism and patient advocacy in all interactions
