Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a Radiology Technologist specialized in Electrophysiology (EP) Lab to support diagnostic and interventional procedures for cardiac arrhythmias. You will provide precise imaging, monitor ECGs and intracardiac signals, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the EP workflow.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists in a high-stakes environment, maintain accurate procedure records, and adhere to radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EP procedures by explaining the process, obtaining consent, and ensuring their comfort.
• Monitor and record electrocardiograms (ECGs) and intracardiac signals during EP procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide physicians during diagnostic or interventional procedures.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and procedure details.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the EP lab, including providing basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
