Job summary

StaffDNA® is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist specializing in Electrophysiology (EP) Lab procedures to support diagnostic and interventional heart rhythm work in a hospital setting.

You will prepare patients, monitor ECGs and intracardiac signals, operate imaging equipment to guide procedures, ensure radiation safety, maintain accurate records, and respond to emergencies (BLS/ACLS) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EP procedures by explaining the process, obtaining consent, and ensuring their comfort.
• Monitor and record electrocardiograms (ECGs) and intracardiac signals during EP procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide physicians during diagnostic or interventional procedures.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and procedure details.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the EP lab, including providing basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
