Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a Radiology Technologist specializing in Electrophysiology (EP) Lab procedures in Nashville. The role focuses on imaging support for diagnostic and interventional cardiac arrhythmia procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The candidate will monitor ECGs and intracardiac signals, operate imaging equipment, and adhere to radiation safety protocols in a hospital or EP lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EP procedures by explaining the process, obtaining consent, and ensuring their comfort.
• Monitor and record electrocardiograms (ECGs) and intracardiac signals during EP procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide physicians during diagnostic or interventional procedures.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and procedure details.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the EP lab, including providing basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
