The RN will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care using a patient-centered care model while ensuring efficient patient flow for procedures. Required qualifications include an RN license in Massachusetts and BLS certification, with ACLS certification for specific units being necessary. Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Perioperative Services unit.
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities.
• Update and manage patient records.
• Assist in quality improvement projects.
