Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Staff Nurse for the Electrophysiology Lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. You will care for patients in EP and Echocardiography labs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care in a demanding environment.

Ideal candidates have Massachusetts RN licensure, BSN for new grads, ACLS, and cardiac/echo lab experience. Weekend rotations and a strong commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with MA registration.
• For newly licensed nurses, a BSN is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Cardiac ICU experience or Cardiac Step-down experience preferred.
• Cardiology experience is required; Echo/TEE/Electrophysiology lab exposure preferred.
• Ability to work weekend rotations per contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Electrophysiology Lab and Echocardiography Lab.
• Collaborate with team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support patients and families in a patient-centered environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and adherence to policy.
