Job summary

Advocate Health’s Carolinas Medical CenterCardiac Cath Lab seeks an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Manager to oversee technical operations across multiple EP procedure rooms. The role includes leadership of a high-acuity program with space for growth, and collaboration with clinical teams to deliver advanced cardiovascular procedures.

The candidate will have at least two years in EP lab settings and one year in leadership, plus strong communication, mentoring abilities, and a commitment to patient

Qualifications

• Two years of high-acuity EP lab experience required.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience expected.
• Requires excellent communication and teamwork in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate all assigned EP lab functions.
• Develop systems to monitor quality, safety and care appropriateness.
• Mentor team members and ensure competency across procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical engineering for equipment maintenance.
• Recruit and onboard new staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
