Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking qualified personnel for the Cardiovascular Interventional/Cardiac Cath Lab role. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining readiness of emergency equipment, administering medications, and operating radiographic equipment in the cath lab.

The role requires ARRT registered or RN license and ACLS/BCLS readiness, with strong emphasis on safety, patient privacy, and teamwork within a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate professionally with physicians, nurses and staff.
• Ability to comprehend instructions and communicate patient information effectively.
• Analytical skills necessary for problem assessment and solution with schedules and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic cardiac catheterization equipment with safety and accuracy.
• Maintain files and records; document patient data, charges and QA data.
• Provide emergency care and support per ACLS/NCBH guidelines and hospital policies.
• Participate in continuing education and on-the-job training; support team members.
