• First assist in ablations and loop implants performed independently
• Inpatient and outpatient care with ~70% inpatient and 30% outpatient responsibilities
• Team-based care with 9 physicians and 14 Advanced Practice Providers
• Weekend rounding every fifth weekend (Sat/Sun 7am–11am) and phone-based call 1 day every 3 weeks
