Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Eligible to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, lab needs, and workflow design.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes with clinical teams.
• Address clinical and operational issues affecting medical staff and program performance.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
