Job summary

System One is seeking an EOIR Task Order Manager/Data Architect to lead the EOIR Enterprise Data Infrastructure (EDI) on a contract basis in Alexandria, VA. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely milestones, and oversee data pipelines, governance, and analytics using Power BI.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise data architecture, Federal contract work, and the ability to obtain or maintain a DOJ Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in enterprise IT with at least 5 years as Data Architect/Data Engineer/Enterprise Architect
• Active DOJ Public Trust security clearance or ability to obtain
• PMP certification required
• Experience with Federal Firm-Fixed-Price contracts
• Experience in dashboard/reporting development and data governance
• Strong data ingestion, governance platforms, and BI tools knowledge
• Deep understanding of data ingestion techniques, metadata and data lineage

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, initiation, and management of the EOIR EDI task order
• Supervise technical staff to deliver milestones on a FFP contract
• Develop and maintain project documentation (Plans, QC, Transition, Telework)
• Oversee data architecture, pipelines, and integration with existing warehouse
• Drive analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
• Ensure compliance with government standards (DOJ, FISMA, FedRAMP)
• Lead cross-functional teams across data infrastructure, governance, analytics, and security
