Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in guidance, counseling, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive program for academically and financially disadvantaged students.
• Serve as case manager for a cohort and provide academic, career, and financial advising.
• Manage caseload needs and run programs, seminars, and workshops for student adjustment and success.
• Provide financial aid coordination and literacy services, including reviewing aid letters and generating reports.
