Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. in Fort Lee, VA seeks an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Instructor to deliver comprehensive classroom and lab training, including simulations and field exercises.

You will develop lesson plans, test materials, and coordinate instructional activities while adhering to the Program of Instruction and safety standards. Candidate must be NAVSCOLEOD Phase 2 graduate with 2+ years as EOD Team Leader and hold an EOD Senior Badge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD Phase 2.
• At least two years as an EOD Team Leader and an EOD Senior Badge Holder.
• CFDIC completed within the last five years, and ISCC completed.
• Familiarity with MOS-specific training regulations and doctrine.
• Able to pass hands-on and written tests; familiar with lab, equipment, and safety procedures; instructor guides and tests.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Instruct and develop training including classroom, laboratory, demonstrations and practical exercises.
• Provide simulation/virtual training and field exercises; plan and test; provide remedial assistance.
• Follow and teach the Program of Instruction; revise as needed to stay doctrinally updated.
• Cross-train and assist as instructor on modules not yet certified to teach.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report discrepancies.
• Prepare classrooms, training environments, and perform PMCS; record counseling.
• Travel minimal for corporate support.
