Job summary

D2 Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EOD Training Support Technician to develop and execute training programs for Explosive Ordnance Disposal.

You will support instruction, courseware development, training aid fabrication, range operations, and scenario-based training while complying with safety and information protection requirements. The role requires extensive EOD experience, strong instructional abilities, and the technical know-how to create realistic mission-focused training

Qualifications

• Graduate of NAVSCOLEOD or equivalent training program.
• Documentation verifying graduation and military service, if applicable.
• Prior EOD technician with a Senior EOD Badge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Air Force EOD operations and procedures at the flight level.
• Experience supporting technical instruction, training exercises, or operational training programs.
• Competency with 3D CAD/design software, 3D printing technologies, and machining processes.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to instruct and brief groups.
• Valid driver's license; CAC eligibility; ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Training Development and Instruction Support: design, develop, and execute EOD training programs.
• Courseware and Training Aid Development: create and maintain manuals, aids, and devices.
• Threat Research and Curriculum Enhancement: research threats and update scenarios.
• Range and Scenario Operations: set up and manage training ranges and exercises.
• Explosive Safety and Compliance: follow safety policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Training Support Operations: manage inventories and assist with equipment and processes.
