Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks an Ordnance School Technical Instructor with Phase 2 NAVSCOLEOD credentials to lead training and practical exercises.

You will prepare materials, oversee simulations, and serve as an assistant on non-certified modules while maintaining strict safety and security standards. Applicants must have an EOD Team Leader background, Senior Badge, CFDIC/ISCC, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be NAVSCOLEOD Phase 2 graduate.
• Minimum two years as an EOD Team Leader.
• EOD Senior Badge Holder.
• CFDIC or equivalent within the last five years.
• TRADOC Initial Military Training (IMT) Installation Staff and Contractors Course (ISCC).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Instruct with classroom, laboratory, discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises per lesson plans.
• Support simulation/virtual training and field exercises.
• Prepare and test training materials; update SOPs and lesson topics as needed.
• Maintain equipment, perform PMCS, and report faults.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with regulations; provide academic counseling.
• Cross-train and assist as an instructor on uncertified modules.
