Zusammenfassung

The COGAR Group Ltd. is seeking Watch Stander personnel to support the DOC Emergency Operations Center in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, and disposition of events, and maintaining secure communications across classified networks.

Qualifications require U.S. citizenship, a valid SECRET clearance (Top-Secret SCI preferred), and an Associates degree or 2 years of relevant experience in emergency management or incident command.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or higher in Emergency Management or related field.
• Top-Secret SCI Security Clearance required.
• Experience with emergency operations and incident response is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Stand watch for the Emergency Operations Center mission and provide situational awareness.
• Track succession schedules and support the Continuity of Operations program.
• Communicate on classified networks (SIPRNet, Secure phones) and document actions.
• Maintain EOC calendar and brief incoming Watch Standers on current activities.
• Collect information from SITREPS/SPOTREPS to inform SEMD leadership.
• Operate security and emergency notification systems and assist in exercises.
