Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience in all‑hazard emergency management and incident coordination.
• Strong writing and editing skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work on-site and endure night-shift schedules; follow SOPs and templates.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a night shift CIOC Operations Watch Officer on 12‑hour rotations to maintain 24/7 situational awareness.
• Monitor emergency and routine data streams; coordinate alerts to senior leadership and interagency partners.
• Prepare briefs and reports with high-quality formatting, editing, and proofing.
• Attend interagency working groups and support SOP/policy development.
• Deploy to alternate sites when required and ensure operational readiness of communications systems.
