SUNY Bronx Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the creation and maintenance of multimedia communications and digital content. The Social Media Coordinator will assist in developing engaging photography, video, web, and social media content that communicates the Center’s programs, services, events, and accomplishments.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, an understanding of social media and digital communications, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments and external partners to develop content that effectively communicates key messages.
Bachelor's degree required
Two years of experience working with social media platforms.
Proficiency with social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of e-commerce and website operations.
Ability to learn and effectively use new software systems, online tools, and digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong computer skills required.
Experience creating, managing, or supporting social media content and platforms.
Supports the creation and maintenance of multimedia communications.

Salary range $58,862-$64,587; commensurate with qualifications and experience.
