Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking an EOC Administrative Coordinator to manage emergency facilities, resources, inventories, and status displays, coordinating logistics, deployments, and communications during disasters.

The role supports budgeting, financial tracking, and closure of missions using CEFMS and P2, and requires composing SITREPs and briefings with Power BI and Excel for higher headquarters. TDY and readiness programs are part of duties.

Qualifications

  • One year of specialized experience developing, coordinating, or updating emergency operations plans or SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the EOC Administrative Coordinator; manage emergency facilities, resources, equipment inventories, and status displays; and coordinate logistics, personnel deployment, and communications during disaster responses.
  • Formulate, analyze, and execute the yearly Emergency Management Division budget; monitor and reconcile specialized accounts; and execute all financial tracking, billings, and mission closeouts using Financial Management Systems CEFMS and P2.
  • Compile and analyze complex project and operational data using Power BI, Excel, and Enterprise Data Warehouses to prepare SITREPs, after-action reports, management briefings, and quarterly updates for higher headquarters.
  • Design, organize, and lead multi-agency natural disaster exercises; develop instructional materials and deliver formal training to District personnel on specialized software systems (P2/CEFMS).
  • Manage specialized agency readiness programs, including acting as the IMA Coordinator for military reserve training and overseeing the District’s Family Readiness Program.
