Wegman Partners in Washington DC is expanding its environmental transactional group. The associate will work on transactions involving environmental risk, regulatory matters, and related disclosures, benefiting from mentorship and a collaborative, fast-growing team.
The ideal candidate has 1–8 years in environmental transactions, strong academic credentials, and experience from a big law firm or government/in-house background.
I am working closely with a V10 Firm's Chambers Ranked Environmental Transactional Group that is continuing to grow out its team in DC. This group provides guidance to a broad range of clients on transactions involving identification, allocation, and disclosure of environmental risk, legal regulatory, and enforcement developments regarding environmental matters, liabilities arising out of environmental conditions, and compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
