Job summary

Permanent Placements LLC seeks a Senior Associate for its Environmental and Natural Resources practice in Denver. The role focuses on environmental aspects of complex transactions, including advising on environmental provisions in M&A agreements and environmental insurance policies.

You will work directly with deal makers on high-profile transactions across sectors such as industrials, aerospace and defense, life sciences, and sports and entertainment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firms.
• 6–9 years of transactional experience, ideally with environmental components.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent academic credentials (3.5 GPA or above).
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced deal environments.
• Solid tenure; frequent job changes are a non-starter.
