Qualifications

• Experience with environmental aspects of M&A or project finance transactions.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to client service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on environmental statutes such as CERCLA, NEPA, Clean Water Act, and Clean Air Act. Support transactions, project development, permitting, and litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and manage client interactions.
• Collaborate with federal and state agencies on complex matters.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
