Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest in Phoenix seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead the Phoenix laboratory team, maintain positive operating margins, meet annual budget, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.

You will coordinate with corporate partners, drive quality, safety, and client relations, participate in strategic planning, and oversee daily operations including budgeting, testing activities, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Experience managing P&L and multi-department operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, schedule, and train employees in the Phoenix lab.
• Maintain high quality and efficiency standards in operations.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with corporate partners and client relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental programs.
