near Hermosa, Arizona, seeks an Environmental Technician to inspect, monitor, test and report on environmental tracking systems and to help ensure regulatory compliance at the Hermosa project site. Based at the Hermosa site near Patagonia, AZ, you will collect samples, support air and water quality programs, maintain records, and coordinate with operations to meet regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in environmental compliance, monitoring, sampling, or related activities preferred.
• Experience in mining or similar operational environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor, test and report on environmental tracking systems.
• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
• Conduct environmental inspections and collect samples (water, soil, vegetation, dust, waste).
• Support air and water quality data collection and field programs.
• Maintain organized environmental monitoring records and databases.
• Coordinate field activities with operations personnel, contractors, and consultants.
