Job summary

Plexos Group, LLC is seeking an Environmental Technician (Asbestos & Lead) to support environmental compliance across infrastructure and housing projects. The role involves ACM/LBP oversight, regulatory coordination, and rigorous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills and knowledge of EPA/OSHA HUD requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in environmental compliance, ACM/LBP management, inspections, or similar programs.
• Experience reviewing environmental reports and compliance documentation.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance efforts to meet regulatory requirements and minimize risks.
• Review asbestos and lead-related documentation and inspections.
• Verify inspections, testing, and surveys are completed before construction.
• Coordinate environmental activities with PMs, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Track permits, waste disposal records, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify deficiencies and regulatory risks and propose corrective actions.
