AV is seeking an Environmental System Test Engineer II to develop and execute system test plans for unmanned air vehicles and missiles, including simulator, ground, and flight tests. Responsibilities include data logging, analysis, and reporting of test results to ensure requirements are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–5 years of testing experience, with travel up to 30% within the Continental U.S. ITAR/EAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software, systems, electrical, mechanical or aerospace required or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in environmental or system testing
• Experience with scripting to automate testing is a plus
• Position requires 10–30% travel within the Continental U.S.

Responsabilités

• Support environmental test and evaluation of subsystems, model-scale, and full-scale testing.
• Develop test objectives and test cards to verify those objectives.
• Review System Requirement documents for conciseness and testability.
• Participate in test readiness reviews, test briefs, and post-test debriefings.
• Prepare test assets and ensure proper configuration of hardware/software.
