Job summary

Foreman - Environmental Systems - Charlotte is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead exterior pipe installation and concrete forming activities on multi-site projects. You will supervise crews and Trade Partners, enforce Harper’s safety and quality standards, and drive productivity through effective leadership and planning.

The role requires at least 4 years of site supervision experience, strong communication, ability to read plans, and coordination with engineers and city representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Experience as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent.
• Ability to read plans and layout.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate with Trade Partners.
• Attend meetings and manage QAQC program.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Assign work tasks to crew members.
• Lead crew and participate in exterior pipe installation and concrete forming.
• Instruct employees in safe work methods and standards of safety and quality.
• Monitor crew work quality and adherence to schedules.
• Operate equipment (Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader).
• Read plans and perform general layout.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners and Engineers.
• Attend and assist in OAC meetings and set agendas.
• Develop and manage a QAQC program.
• Maintain relationships with city, local agencies and utility reps.
