HarperGC is seeking a Foreman to supervise and participate in exterior pipe installation, concrete forming and finishing, and process equipment installation. You will plan and assign work, track labor hours and productivity, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across crews and Trade Partners.

The role requires at least 4 years of supervision experience, ability to read plans, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Experience as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent.
• Experience building from the ground up on more than 1 project as a Foreman.
• Ability to read plans and do general layout.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and manage a QAQC program.
• OSHA 10 certified.

Aufgaben

• Assign work tasks to crew members.
• Lead crew and participate in exterior pipe installation, concrete forming/pouring/finishing and process equipment tasks.
• Instruct employees in proper work methods and safety standards.
• Monitor crew work quality and adherence to schedules and safety.
• Operate equipment such as Skid Steer, Excavator and Loader as needed.
• Read plans and perform general layout; coordinate with other trades.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with Trade Partners and city/local agencies.
