Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Environmental Health/Science; 30+ semester hours in chemistry, biology, physics or physical science.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Current onsite sewage certification.
• Able to lift/pull 65 lbs and work in outdoor elements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff to improve quality and productivity.
• Plans workload and directs time utilization to meet division goals.
• Conducts field work/inspections as needed.
• Coordinates all activities related to the Onsite Sewage Program and standardizes inspections.
• Develops performance expectations and conducts staff performance reviews.
