Qualified candidates have 3+ years in restoration, strong customer-service focus, and willingness to be on-call. PPE is provided when required, and a reliable driving record is essential for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an experienced Restoration Technician.
• Previous experience as an Environmental Lead/Supervisor is a plus.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and photos according to company policies and procedures.
• Perform water damage repair including extraction, pack-out, disposal, light construction, and demolition as directed by management.
• Provide timely, accurate progress information to management.
