Job summary

Cross Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to execute asbestos abatement projects under supervision. You will directly supervise labor crews such as foremen, operators, hazardous waste technicians, and emergency responders to ensure timely completion and quality.

You will complete job-specific MER paperwork and adhere to project scope, schedules, and corporate policies. The role requires safe project execution, ability to work in varying environments, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Experience in asbestos remediation and general construction.
• Remediation training and/or certification preferred.
• Experience supervising labor crews.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute field work on asbestos abatement projects under supervision.
• Direct and supervise labor crews (foremen, operators, technicians, emergency responders).
• Complete MER paperwork (Timesheets, Daily Reports, Driver's Logs, Tailgate safety).
• Follow scope-of-work to meet contract schedules and policies.
• Forecast and organize personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for cost efficiency.
• Maintain crew safety across all field phases.
• Work in restricted spaces; adapt to varied dimensions.
• Read and follow English directions, danger placards, and safety plans.
• Drive safely and perform safety checks on vehicles.
• Travel out of town for two weeks or more as needed.
• Comply with company and client safety standards.
