Qualifications

Position Summary

The Environmental Supervisor will help facilitate all aspects of the abatement process; will engage in practices to maintain and adhere with compliance, regulatory and safety requirements. In this position you will lead asbestos abatement for projects.

Job Duties

• Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures.
• Performs water damage repair to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition as directed by management.
• Provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• Participate in all training as needed or required.

Requirements

• 3+ years as an experienced Restoration Technician
• Previous experience as an Environmental Lead/Supervisor is a plus
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
• Willingness to work in fire, smoke and/or water damage (safety is important, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company when required)
• The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
• Professional appearance and great attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be reliable/punctual

Compensation

Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

• Pay Maximum: $34
• Pay Minimum: $32
