Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley seeks an Environmental Specialist to join our environment team. You will identify environmental risks across project lifecycles, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate inputs from ecology, heritage, and other specialists to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

You will lead liaison with regulators, engage with clients on environmental matters, and contribute to training and sustainability initiatives across the business. A willingness to travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Identify environmental risks across project lifecycles.
• Develop risk mitigation with cost, time, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate inputs from heritage, ecology, and other specialists.
• Produce environmental deliverables like EIA screening and EMS.
• Lead regulator liaison and stakeholder communications.
