Job summary

Williams is seeking an Environmental Specialist III/IV to lead medium-complexity projects in water, waste and remediation within Corporate Environmental Programs. You’ll support compliance, remediation, sustainability, and systematic environmental improvements across Williams assets, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum four years’ environmental experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum eight years’ environmental experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide environmental processes and policies.
• Conduct required environmental training.
• Assess environmental risk and document regulatory actions.
• Plan and implement environmental projects, including cost estimates and impact reporting.
• Prepare and submit environmental permits, renewals and other authorizations.
• Perform environmental compliance audits and due diligence investigations.
• Improve systems in water, waste management and remediation activities.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain environmental documentation.
• Cultivate relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
