• Provides recommendations for corrective actions and prepares change orders.
• Monitors rehabilitation progress and consultant performance for cost and timely completion.
• Reviews technical reports and approves contractor invoices.
• Performs site inspections and documents conditions with photos.
• Completes time reporting and required training.
