AT&T is seeking an Environmental Site Manager (ESM) to support EHS compliance across Northern California, including Berkeley and surrounding facilities. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations while partnering with operations, engineering, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing environmental compliance programs in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations governing hazardous materials, waste, air emissions, water compliance, and fuel storage systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, or environmental assessments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a geographically dispersed territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance programs and regulatory requirements across assigned facilities.
• Lead regulatory inspections and serve as the primary contact for environmental agencies.
• Conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), compliance audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate environmental incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Provide environmental guidance to operations, engineering, construction, and leadership teams.
