AT&T is seeking an Environmental Site Manager to support EHS compliance across Northern California. You will manage environmental programs, lead inspections, conduct ESAs, investigations, and risk assessments while guiding operations and leadership teams on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing environmental compliance programs in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of regulations governing hazardous materials, waste, air emissions, water compliance, and fuel storage systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, or environmental assessments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a geographically dispersed territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance programs and regulatory requirements across facilities.
• Lead regulatory inspections and serve as primary contact for environmental agencies.
• Conduct ESAs, compliance audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate environmental incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance for fuel storage tanks, generators, hazardous materials, batteries, air emissions, water discharge, and construction-related requirements.
• Deliver environmental compliance training and support emergency response activities.
• Provide environmental guidance to operations, engineering, construction, and leadership teams.
