AT&T is seeking an Environmental Site Manager (ESM) to support EHS compliance across Northern California, including Berkeley, Oakland, Pleasanton and San Ramon. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk assessments, inspections, and coordination with operations and leadership.

The ideal candidate has experience managing environmental programs, thorough knowledge of hazardous materials, air emissions, and water discharges, and strong communication skills to drive corrective actions and

Qualifications

• Experience managing environmental compliance programs in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials, waste, air emissions, water compliance, and fuel storage.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations or ESAs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across a dispersed territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance programs and regulatory requirements across facilities.
• Lead regulatory inspections and serve as primary contact for agencies.
• Conduct ESAs, compliance audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate environmental incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Provide environmental guidance to operations, engineering, construction and leadership.
