Qualifications

• 2+ years writing Phase I environmental site assessments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field work.
• Internship or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Perform site reconnaissance to identify potential environmental concerns.
• Investigate historical land use and assess contamination risks.
• Draft ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
