Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, or related field.
• 2+ years writing Phase I ESAs.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, complex, fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel for field work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I ESAs per ASTM standards and EPA regulations.
• Perform site reconnaissance and historical research.
• Draft ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients and project team to ensure timelines.
• Keep up with environmental regulations and industry trends.
